When will I receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Once your order is dispatched if you selected standard shipping, 3-5 days to arrive. If you've selected fast shipping 1-2 days to arrive.
How can I make changes to my order?
If you spot any mistakes in your order, need to change any address details or products, please contact us on totesforyouu@gmail.com with your order number within 2 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot make any changes once your order has been dispatched.
I’ve received the wrong product, what do I do?
We're sorry you've received the wrong item. Please email us on totesforyouu@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the product you've received.
