Looking to return an item please email totesforyouu@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we will respond with the next steps. Within your email include your order number and delivery address and reason for wanting to return. Allow up to 72 hours for us to respond.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sold.

Unfortunately, we do not reimburse return postage cost if an item isn’t faulty and recommend you get a Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. All UK return parcels are subject to a £2 admin fee which will be deducted from your refund.
