How can I make changes to my order?

If you need to change an address, product or other order details, please contact us at totesforyouu@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.

My product has arrived faulty. What do I do?

We're sorry if you've received a faulty product. Please email totesforyouu@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs of the fault, and we'll do our best to resolve it for you.

How can I sign up for a pre-order?

There's no need to sign up. Simply visit the website at the time announced on our social media channels and the pre-order will be available. Payment is made when placing the pre-order.
